Welcome to SriVSR ("we", "our"). By using our service ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use SriVSR to upload and process documents for your personal or business use.

You agree not to use the platform for:

• Illegal activities
• Fraudulent documents
• Violating the rights of others
• Uploading harmful files (malware, viruses)

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2. Document Handling

• We process your documents temporarily.
• We do not permanently store uploaded documents.
• You are responsible for downloading and saving your results.
• If you close the browser, you may need to re-upload the file.

3. Accuracy

We strive to provide high accuracy, but:

• Extracted data may contain errors
• You must verify results before using them for financial, tax, or legal purposes
• We are not liable for damages arising from incorrect data extraction

4. Payments & Credits

When payments go live:

• PAYG credits never expire
• Monthly plan credits reset each month
• Used credits cannot be refunded
• Unused credits may be refunded based on payment provider policies (e.g., Paddle/Razorpay)

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are available for unused credits.
• If you used part of the credits, a partial refund may be issued.
• Monthly plans have a 7-day money-back window.

6. Availability

We strive for high uptime, but the Service may occasionally be unavailable for:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Third-party provider downtime

We are not responsible for losses due to downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

SriVSR is provided "as is", without warranties.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Financial losses
• Business interruption
• Incorrect extractions
• Damage resulting from use of the Service

Max liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Security violation
• Chargebacks
• Terms violation

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
