At SriVSR, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) credit packs and monthly subscription plans.
1. Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Credit Packs
1.1 Credit Expiration
- PAYG credits never expire
- Use them at your own pace
- No time limits or monthly resets
1.2 Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for unused credits only:
- ✅ Full refund: If you haven't used any credits from your pack
- ✅ Partial refund: For remaining unused credits (prorated based on usage)
- ❌ No refund: For credits already used to process documents
1.3 Refund Window
- Refund requests accepted within 30 days of purchase
- After 30 days, credits remain valid but are non-refundable
1.4 How to Request a Refund

1.5 Refund Processing Time
- Refund requests reviewed within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days

2. Monthly Subscription Plans
2.1 How Monthly Plans Work
- Credits reset on the 1st of each month
- Unused credits from previous month do not roll over
- Subscription auto-renews monthly unless canceled
2.2 Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time:
- ✅ Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
- ✅ Keep access until end of current billing period
- ✅ Use remaining credits until period ends
- ❌ No pro-rated refunds for partial month usage
2.3 Money-Back Guarantee
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your monthly subscription:
- Request a full refund within 7 days of first payment
- We'll refund your first month's payment
- No questions asked
2.4 How to Cancel
Cancel your subscription in two ways:
- Option 1: Cancel directly in your account dashboard (coming soon)
- Option 2: Email support@srivsr.com with "Cancel Subscription" in subject line
3. Special Circumstances
3.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent document processing:
- Credits will be refunded for failed processing
- Report issues to support@srivsr.com
- We'll investigate and restore credits within 24-48 hours
3.2 Disputed Charges
If you see an unexpected charge:
- Contact us first at support@srivsr.com
- We'll review your account and resolve the issue
- Avoid chargebacks - they may result in account suspension
3.3 Account Violations
If your account is suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations:
- ❌ No refunds for unused credits
- ❌ No refunds for remaining subscription time

4. Payment Provider Policies
We use trusted payment processors to handle transactions:
- Paddle: For international customers (credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Razorpay: For Indian customers (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets)
Refunds are processed through the same provider you used for payment. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment method.
5. Important Notes
- •Free Trial: The 5-page free trial is non-refundable (it's already free!)
- •Promotional Credits: Bonus or promotional credits are non-refundable
- •Bulk Purchases: Enterprise/custom plans may have different terms - contact us for details
- •Currency: All refunds issued in the original currency of purchase
